It's the Seager Show... Starring Seager. We begin the show with a story about "Doodlebug" the Hamster. Seager and Daddy went out for the afternoon and came back with what Seager lovingly referred to as "the mouse". He was so excited...Mommy was not. Turns out, Doodlebug would only stay a few days on loan from some friends. We ALL enjoyed "the mouse" while she stayed with us. We miss her. Maybe in a few years we can get our own "mouse".
Next event...Seager has a birthday! I should preface this with a disclaimer regarding the large bruise on his forehead in all the pictures. While peeing off the landing of our deck, he took a nose dive forward and planted his forehead on a concrete paver three days before his birthday. I could have airbrushed the forehead, but the bruising also showed up between his eyes and that would just be too much work. So for his 3rd Birthday he's a little scary looking. I hope that's the worse that ever happens, but I'm afraid it won't be.
In keeping with tradition, we headed off to our favorite Mexican Restaurant. Seager is a bit of a celebrity at Los Reyes. Everyone working in the place knows him by name and has known him since before he was born, and has helped him celebrate all 3 of his birthdays! He was joined by Mommy, Daddy, Dagon, Mamaw, Aunt Lori, Josh, Brooklyn and our friends Jerry and Tracy.
Seager was serenaded by his amigoes in the band...
Dagon loves cake!
To end the evening, Seager goes for a Birthday gallop!
The next day we headed off to Mamaw's for Party Part 2. This celebration was all about fire trucks. (Notice the black eyes, ugggg.)

Here he is modeling the Hulk mask that came with his gift from Grandmommy. He also modeled the fins and flippers that matched. He thought he might scare his brother...
But little brother just laughed at him!
Afterwards, Josh took everyone for a ride!
Then (thanks to Global Warming, HA) it turned freezing cold for Easter. No cute pictures outside of baskets, eggs, bunnies and chicks, it was just too cold and windy to go out there. We decided to go out for breakfast and guess who was there...THE BUNNY! Isn't that a nice looking, friendly looking Bunny?????
Poor little Dagon took one look and...
I couldn't believe it, he was absolutely petrified and horrified. The Bunny gave him an egg and he reached out his little hand and took it while screaming bloody murder. The Bunny even tried playing peek-a-boo but Dagon just was not happy. As The Bunny walked away, Dagon turned his attention to breakfast, but about 20 minutes later when The Bunny made his way back around to our side of the restaurant...the wailing began. We got out of there before Dagon was scarred for life!
Since it was Easter and very cold out, Daddy decided that would be a great day to take Seager to....his first Braves Game! (Joe hates to be hot.)

After the game, the Braves had a Easter Egg Hunt!
Here is Seager plotting his strategy...the whistle blows...and he freezes. Luckily some older kids shared their eggs and tomahawks so he didn't come away empty handed!
Next event...running the bases. Here you see Seager by-passing 2nd base and headed across the infield for 3rd!
He's back on track as he heads for Home! This concludes this episode of the Seager Show. We hope you'll join us next time. Future episodes will include his co-star Dagon with possible exotic on-site locations like the beach (maybe) and an upcoming trip to the aquarium. Check your local listings.
